This past week we were able to spend the week on the beach in beautiful Monterey, CA. Adam's parents rented a house there for the family to enjoy. Tessa and Nate both loved playing in the sand and in the water. We even roasted marshmallows over a fire on the beach!
We also enjoyed a trip to the Monterey Aquarium where Tessa got to see turtles, which happens to be her favorite! Tessa even left her mark on the aquarium. In the video you will see a slab of cement sectioned off. That slab was drying, but Tessa didn't realize it and walked on it. Luckily it wasn't too wet, but she did leave some small markings to remember her by.

Spending a week right on the ocean was wonderful! We especially loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. When Tessa got her first glimpse of the beach, her response was "that's MY beach" .
Thank you so much Bruce and Lee for a very memorable and enjoyable vacation. Plus, we loved letting you guys get to spend time with Tessa and Nate!

Looks like you guys had a great time. Hopefully one day we will be able to get everyone to the beach.
So cute! Wish we could all have "beach time" on the same beach together...not miles apart! Love you guys!
