Tessa at 5 months!

Our little girl is 5 months! It is hard to believe. The last few months have flown by, but we have enjoyed watching her grow. This last month has been very exciting. We were sad to see our Aunties Kam and Gentry leave, but we got a surprise visit from our Auntie Merri and cousin Baby Grace. It was a short visit, but we were so happy to see them.

Tessa is beginning to show an interest in people eating. We are hoping to start on some cereal soon. Here you can see she is also very determined to start sitting up. Daddy is close by just in case, but she actually does very well.

Here is a picture of Tessa as our little "Buddha Baby". Adam was getting her ready for bath time and took advantage of this Kodak moment.

Here our Auntie Merri let Mommy and Tessa borrow Gracie's Moby. We had never used one before and Tessa seemed to like how it held her up. We might have to invest in one of them soon :-)

She is doing really well holding herself up. She can almost roll over completely on her own, but still needs a little help from Mom and Dad.

While Merri and Gracie were visiting, a friend of ours came over to visit. She has a little baby that is only a few days younger then Tessa. Tessa seemed to catch his eyes. He seemed a little overwhelmed when put between 3 Kerger girls. Although, his expression remained the same throughout the photo shoot :-)

Here are the three Kerger kids with our 2009 babies. The three cousins got some photos taken together in matching outfits. The room was filled with giggles as the three of them sat together trying to stay upright.

Tessa got lots of loving from her Aunties!

She is also really taken to her Bumbo seat. She like to see around when Mommy is busy in the kitchen.
