WE ARE HAVING A LITTLE GIRL!

Today we had our wonderful ultrasound appointment. Not only were we able to find out the gender of our little one, but also we saw very detailed photos of many different anatomy parts. It was so exciting for Adam and I to sit there and watch our precious little girl come alive with such vivid pictures! She didn't make it easy though. The technician had to work really hard to get all the shots she needed to make sure everything was growing the way it should be. Here are a few of the shots. She is already looking to have a round face like her mother.

Here is where you can slightly see her feminine parts, or the absence of male parts. :-)

Here you can see all four chambers of the heart. They had photos showing the blood flow. They spent a lot of time on this organ, since it is the most important.

Here we have a slight glimpse of the arm. She kept moving it in front of her heart which blocked some of the photos.

Here is a foot. She was stretching that over her head, so I guess we have a very flexible baby.

She kept putting her back to the camera, so we got some great photos of her spine.

Here is a 3D image of her face. Because she is still so young, her face hasn't filled in very much. It is jut so amazing to see our little one's face for the first time. God has truly blessed us!

We are at 20 weeks, so we have hit the half way mark. The time seems to be going by so quickly. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our daughter, but are content in waiting for God's perfect timing.
